This STUNNING MGA TWIN CAM was a National winner and is now available for the next fortunate caretaker.
This Lovely example was found in dry storage in 1985 in North Carolina. The car was shipped to Twyford in Southern England for restoration by marque expert Peter Wood. The car was superbly restored in its original Old English White, the interior re-trimmed in the correct materials including black leather Competition Deluxe seats.
The car was shipped back to Charleston, South Carolina where it was campaigned at AACA events, garnering several awards. In 1998 the car resold, the new owner maintained its restoration, driving it rarely.
2014 the car was sold to a Pebble Beach Concours dElegance judge who had the well-known Twin Cam guru Jim Alcorn at Auto Vintagery in LaJolla California, fully review and service it.
The car is stated to have very limited mileage since restoration, the car drives as well as it looks.
There simply is no comparison to a Twin Cam MGA Roadster both in the rarity and the drive.
